Skip to content The Bridgewater State University Precision Flight Team has landed in Indiana! The Team is competing and representing the New England Region in the National NIFA SAFECON Competition. NIFA SAFECON is a national inter-collegiate flying competition, playing host to some of the most talented young aviators in the sky. Teams compete to be named National Champion each year, and this year is no different. New Bedford Regional Airport is the proud home of the Bridgewater State University Aviation Science Program. The airport has played host to the NIFA Region VII competition in past years and looks forward to continuing support for this exciting event.
